The Kingstree Board of Zoning Appeals Board of Kingstree, South Carolina will hold a public hearing and monthly meeting, on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Kingstree Town Hall, Frank H. McGill Municipal Complex, 401 North Longstreet Street, Kingstree, South Carolina.

Pursuant to Sections 153.304 and Table 153.304A District Dimensional Standards, Minimum Lot Area, and 153.506 Reduction of Lot Size of the Town of Kingstree Code of Ordinance; and Section155.423 Lot Dimensions of the Kingstree Land Development Regulations notice is hereby given that the purpose of the hearing is to hear comments regarding the applicant and owner’s request for a variance to allow reconfiguration of the lots located at 605 and 607 Tomlinson Street and represented by Williamsburg County Tax Map numbers 11-037-083 and 11-037-084. The lots are in the R-10, Low Density Residential, Single Family zoning district.
