PUBLIC HEARING-PLANNING COMMISSION Case Number PCB 2023-09-001Z
THE KINGSTREE PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, September 19, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room of the Frank H. McGill Municipal Complex, located at 401 North Longstreet Street, Kingstree, South Carolina.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on proposed amendments to the Town of Kingstree Zoning Ordinance (Sections 153.121, 153.402, and 153.403.44 through 153.403.47 of the Town of Kingstree Code of Ordinances). The proposed amendments define the term “Tiny House”, establish standards under which such uses would be allowed in certain zoning districts, specify location requirements and grounds for permitting such use, and renumber affected sections. The public is invited to attend and participate in the public hearing.
