The Kingstree Planning Commission, Kingstree, South Carolina will hold its Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Kingstree Town Hall in the Frank H. McGill Municipal Complex, located at 401 North Longstreet Street, Kingstree, South Carolina.

The CHURCH OF GOD [‘Applicant’] is requesting to zone property located at 105 Gourdin Street, represented by Williamsburg County Tax Map I.D. #11-023-112 from R-10 (Low Density residential, Single Family) Zoning District to the HC (Highway Commercial Zoning District. The request is in accordance with the Kingstree Zoning Ordinance Section 153.259 Hearing by Planning Commission.

THE WILLIAMSBURG DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION [‘Applicant’] is requesting approval of a Preliminary Plat of a new subdivision. If approved, the request would allow for the subdivision of 31 lots. The parent tract 6.76 acres and identified as Williamsburg County Tax Map #11-038-001 with portions located in the Highway Commercial and R-10, Low Density, Single-Family Dwelling zones. The request is in accordance with the Kingstree Land Development Regulations Section 155.300 Major Subdivision Review and Approval.

Current Standards will be set-in place by the CDC – Masking, and Social Distancing will be recommended to  those entering the building.
