How Do I Pay a Ticket / Fine?

Due Date

Fines are due in full by the day of sentencing.

Types of Payment

We accept cash, money orders, and cashier’s checks (no personal checks) at Town Hall.

ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE NOT CURRENTLY BEING ACCEPTED

 

• Payments must be received on or before the due date.
• Please call (843) 355-8165 to verify that your citation can be paid without a court appearance.
• To pay by mail- Enclose the blue copy of the citation with payment and mail it to:
  Kingstree Municipal Court
  401 N. Longstreet St.
  Kingstree, SC 29556

If you do not pay your fine, your account will be turned over to collections.
