THE ARCHITECURAL REVIEW BOARD of Kingstree, South Carolina will hold a Virtual (Call-In) Meeting and Public Hearings Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 6:15 p.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room of the Frank H. McGill Municipal Complex, located at 401 North Longstreet Street, Kingstree, South Carolina
Case Number ARB 2022-04-001A William Bernstein, aka, Uplands Restaurant [‘Applicant’] is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for new signage design in accordance with the Kingstree Zoning Ordinance Section 153.248 (COA is required). If approved, the COA will allow a free-standing sign located at 134 East Main Street, represented by Williamsburg County Tax Map #11-025-309.01 and is located within the Core Commercial Zoning District.
Case Number ARB 2022-04-002A Kimberly Hodge, aka, The Hodge Law Firm [‘Applicant’] is requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) for new signage design in accordance with the Kingstree Zoning Ordinance Section 153.248 (COA is required). If approved, the COA will allow a wall sign at the front entrance of the business located at 139 North Academy Street, represented by Williamsburg County Tax Map # 11-025-106 and is located within the Core Commercial Zoning District.

If the requests, as stated above, are thought by you to be objectionable, you will have an opportunity to fully express your objection.
