If approved, the COA would allow [‘the applicant’] to erect a Vinyl Fence, Lights, a Park Bench, and a Directional hanging sign, and illumination on the property located at 135 Hampton Street and represented by Williamsburg County Tax Max ID #11-025-328.  Case # ARB 2022-06-004A              MILES & COMPANY [‘applicant’] seeks a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) Wall Signage, and Exterior Design in accordance with the Kingstree Zoning Ordinance Section 153.248 (A): COA Required. If approved, the COA would allow [‘the applicant’] to remove the structure on the property located at 110 West Mill and North   Academy streets and represented by Williamsburg County Tax Max ID #11-025-132 to allow for the construction of the Williamsburg Vital Aging/Murdaugh Senior Center.
