A jury trial request should include your CURRENT mailing address, phone number, and the name of your attorney, if one is representing you. All parties in the case are notified of the date and time for pre-trial motions, date and time of roll call, and the date and time of trial.
Jurors are selected for one-week terms and notified by mail. Jurors must appear for roll call at the date and time specified.
If you have received a summons to appear for jury duty, please call (843) 355-8165 and leave a message indicating that you have received the summons.
